Who processes the data
Hovenier Amsterdam-Noord, reachable on 06 40062896 and at info@hovenier-amsterdam-noord.nl, is your point of contact for the data that arrives through this site. Questions about this policy can go to that address.
Hovenier Amsterdam-Noord is a trading name of de verantwoordelijke exploitant, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 91401216 and based in Hoofddorp. de verantwoordelijke exploitant is the data controller for anything submitted through this site. What the form collects
Your name and telephone number, and if you fill them in also your postcode, email address and description. Alongside that: which page you used, how urgent you called it, and where you came from if your browser passes that on.
That data is used only to contact you about your request and to carry out the job. It is not sold and it is not used for advertising.
Calls and WhatsApp
If you tap the call button or the WhatsApp link, the fact that a page produced a tap is counted. No phone number and no name travel with that: neither the call itself nor the content of your WhatsApp message appears in that count.
If you then have a conversation on WhatsApp, the terms of WhatsApp itself apply to that message as well.
How long data is kept
Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after twelve months. Data belonging to a job that was carried out is kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires that for invoices.
Who the data is shared with
With the party that technically handles the site and the requests, and with the tradesperson who carries out the work. With nobody else, unless the law obliges us.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies to track you. There is no advertising pixel on it and no profile is built. Where visitor statistics are measured, that happens in aggregate and not to recognise you personally.
Your rights
You may see what data there is about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. A request is handled within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Six fields and a photo. With the area and the type of garden we can name a band before coming out; without those two, any answer is a guess.
